Service
We provide Adult Day Services for individuals that are physically impaired or are limited by the ability to function independently in the community and at home.

We offer:
  • Convenient hours from 6am-6pm with flexible scheduling to meet your needs
  • Daily health monitoring by a nurse on staff
  • Personalized care for each individual including:
    • toileting schedule if needed
    • assistance with feeding
    • assistance with transfers/ambulation
  • Daily Engaging Therapeutic Activities
  • Family support and education
  • Light breakfast, Catered hot lunch, and afternoon snack able to accommodate many different diets including:
    • diabetic
    • pureed
    • thickened liquids
  • Laundry service
  • Professional staff with a client/staff ratio of 1:7
  • Assistance with medication
  • Showers can also be provided at an additional fee
